Carlstadt, New Jersey-based Cybernetics Product Inc has bought the assets of the Production Machine Controls Division of Klingelnberg Electronics Corp, a privately-held company in Cincinnati, Ohio: the unit had 1990 sales of about $1.8m and develops and sells computerised controls for production machinery; terms of the deal were not given.
