CyberGuard Corp has sold its Galaxy search engine to America’s Health Network, the cable and internet channel most famous for having broadcast the birth of a baby and open heart surgery live on the web earlier this year. AHN paid $2m for Galaxy, and says it will integrate Galaxy’s health site Healthwave with its own home page at AHN.com. Cyberguard has agreed to provide operational services during the transition.
