CyberCash has seemingly attained a new level of credibility with the appointment of Charles Russell to its board of directors. Russell is the former president and CEO of Visa International Inc, a position he held from 1984 to 1994. Russell also sits on the boards of First Data Corp, First USA Inc, E-Funds Corp and Program Management Corp.
