Cable & Wireless Plc’s Cable & Wireless Internet Exchange has established network access points in Vienna and Zurich, and says the networks provide news and administrative services with reduced congestion. It says it also expects its network access points or nodes in Amsterdam, Brussels and Madrid to go into operation by mid-year.
