Cable & Wireless Plc is not commenting on a Wall Street Journal report it is in talks on international co-operation with Sprint Corp, France Telecom and Deutsche Telekom AG, adding that everybody is talking to all the others. The suggestion is that C&W will distribute Sprint’s Global One package of data and business phone services to business clients and give access to its transAtlantic and Pacific Rim infrastructure.
