Dallas-based TV manufacturer, Curtis Mathes Holding Corp, says it will demonstrate a 35 television with an Internet- ready computer inside it at the Consumer Electronics Show in Orlando, Florida on May 23. According to the company, the InterView provides facilities for parental control of programming while giving the whole family access to the Internet, electronic mail and other interactive features. The system will be demonstrated with the RealView 10-foot diagonal projection console system with Super VGA resolution. A separate InterView set-top unit will be offered to equip any television set with the same features. The box costs $400 as a separate item, but the processor will not be identified until the show.
