CULLINET REVIVES GOLDENGATE IN SOFTWARE PUBLISHING PACT

Cullinet Software Inc has reactivated its Goldengate micro-to-mainframe software project, originally established as a joint venture with Lotus Development Corp that subsequently failed – and this time its partner is Software Publishing Inc of Mountain View, California. The agreement calls for integration of the PFS* line of Personal Computer applications for linking to the Westward, Massachusetts company’s mainframe applications. The pact with Software Publishing covers product development and marketing.
