Cullinet Software Inc has formed a joint venture with Banco de Bilbao and T&G International to market and support its products in Spain, where they were previously handled under a distributor agreement with T&G Iberica: the Spanish information technology market has one of the highest growth rates in Europe, said European vice-president John McIntyre; the joint venture, Cullinet Software SA, will be equally owned by Cullinet, Banco de Bilbao and T&G International and will employ about 60 people at bases in Madrid, Barcelona and Bilbao.
