Has to be said that it sounds rather like the exchange of gifts among the meths-drinking community around the unofficial fire of discarded fruit boxes, but Vietnam has presented Cuba with six unwanted PABXs that were made in the former East Germany to mark the 35th anniversary of the Cuban revolution; it appears that the PABXs are to be used as public exchanges, and will give Cuba 9,600 new phone lines.
