Conversion Services International (CSI) will earn approximately $300,000 for this engagement with the potential for significant additional revenue over the next few years, as the client looks to engage us to assist them in implementing the strategy.

This client’s underwriting divisions are in insurance and financial services with global operations. Over-arching project goals include providing insight into a global view of corporate information across its many business lines. This will deliver more value to the management team and users, while reducing overall costs and complexity. The client wishes to improve executive reporting, financial reporting, risk management, customer intimacy, and regulatory reporting as well as get a consistent, global view of the business.

Conversion Services International (CSI) will deliver to the client a business needs assessment, an associated business requirements document, a detailed multi-phased strategic plan for architecting and implementing a comprehensive data warehouse solution, as well as the recommendation and implementation of an initial Proof of Concept. The client selected CSI to conduct this strategic engagement providing them with a scalable and flexible architecture as well as a road map of short-, mid- and long-range goals for developing an enterprise data warehouse.

Scott Newman, chairman and chief executive officer of CSI, said: We are seeing more corporate activity, more opportunities to bid for business, and increased success in our bids. As a general rule, our data warehousing strategy and proof of concept engagements result in further engagements with our clients, securing revenue both in the immediate term as well as in coming years.
