CSC wins Danish, Caribbean contracts

Computer Science Corporation has signed a $70m, five year deal with Danish communications provider TDC. Under the deal, CSC will operate, maintain and develop selected IT systems for TCD. It will also take on 180 TDC staff.

Meanwhile, CSC has sealed a $20.5m contract with FirstCaribbean International Bank. FirstCaribbean is a new entity formed by the merger of CIBC West Indies Holdings Ltd and Barclays Bank PLC. The 21 month contract covers the combining and upgrading of the newly created bank’s information systems.
