CSC said that it has won a contract from Department of Defense to provide information technology help desk services to the Department of Defense Dependents Schools-Europe (DoDDS-E). The contract has a one-year base period and four one-year options, with an estimated total five-year value of $27m.

DoDDS-E provides instruction school-age children of active duty military and civilian employees at 81 schools located in Portugal, Bahrain, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Turkey and the UK.

Under the terms of the contract, CSC will provide information technology management services and support throughout Europe. The services include system and network administration and software development support. The company currently performs the same work on another contract with DoDDS – Pacific.
