CSC has launched ACE Suite of transformational services to accelerate the migration of apps to the cloud.
The ACE is the transformation component of CSC’s Application Portfolio Management lifecycle services, which spans the dimensions of transformation including: planning, building and then running workloads and apps in modern service delivery vectors like cloud.
Through the ACE, CSC will combine technologies from VMware and Virtual Computing Environment (VCE) firm, with standard processes from the company to streamline app migration.
CSC chairman, president and CEO Michael Laphen said in order to grow and manage change, an organisation must constantly innovate by creating new products and services, adapting to currency and market shifts, and mitigating the risks of unexpected market changes.
"Our cloud services portfolio enables the reinvention essential to a changing business by redesigning applications and workloads," Laphen said.
The company said that the ACE will be available first in North America, followed by Europe and other regions in the summer of 2011.
