CSC, a provider of technology-enabled offerings and services, has acquired CenTauri Solutions, a provider of IT systems and services, systems engineering and intelligence analysis, based in Alexandria, Virginia.
The acquisition will enable CSC to deliver IT services and offerings as a prime contractor through the Defense Intelligence Agency’s $6.6bn offerings for Information Technology Enterprises indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.
CSC said that CenTauri Solutions wil also strengthens its systems integration capabilities in sensor integration, intelligence processing and in-theater analysis and exploitation.
CSC North American public sector line of business president James Sheaffer said with the addition of CenTauri Solutions, CSC strengthens their capabilities in providing IT services and systems integration offerings that deliver value to the Defense Intelligence Agency and C4ISR customers.
CSC said that the 84 employees of CenTauri Solution’s will be a part of its Intelligence business area, which provides IT services and offerings, systems integration and operations support to the Intelligence Community.
