CSA Holdings has formed an alliance in Singapore with the Syntegra systems integration subsidiary of British Telecommunications Plc, to install computer systems in the Asia-Pacific region. The two companies will jointly bid for large-scale computer systems projects in the region. They will first focus on systems integration in the finance, government and commerce sectors in South-east Asia, they said.
