Crystalate Holdings Plc is having to institute drastic surgery after a deeply disappointing second half when orders from British Telecommunications Plc for its Telecommunications Division vanished. It has therefore put the business on the block and says that talks with a potential buyer are under way. It is also selling CGCIE in France, which makes and refurbishes telecommunications equipment.
