Fulcrum, an IT services provider, has entered into a long-term strategic partnership with Crum and Forster (C&F), an insurance firm in US, to provide IT maintenance and support services.
Under the agreement, Fulcrum will support C&F’s personal lines of business on its legacy platforms, and will also support their IT applications developed in technologies such as .net, Java, and databases.
Fulcrum will complement C&F in its venture to support its present and future IT business needs while C&F will leverage on Fulcrum’s global delivery model to achieve faster time-to-market capabilities and reduce operation cost.
The company has also agreed to bring service level improvements over the initial term of two years.
Fulcrum CEO Rajesh Sinha said the company’s proven capabilities to US insurers allowed them to become C&F’s trusted IT Services provider and they are confident of being instrumental in their future business growth.
