CROSSCOMM ACQUIRE TRICOM GROUP UNIT

Marlborough, Massachusetts-based CrossComm Corp has acquired High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire-based Tricom Group Ltd’s router distribution business here in the UK, and has also bought Tricom’s 49% stake in CrossComm UK Ltd, paying $1.7m.
