CROSSCOM JOINT COMPANY WITH TRICOM

Marlborough, Massachusetts-based CrossComm Corp is expanding its relationship with UK distributor Tricom Group Ltd of Reading and Swindon to go after the SNA internetworking market: they have formed CrossComm UK Ltd, owned 51% by CrossComm, and 49% by Tricom.
