Email hosting firm Critical Path Inc has agreed to acquire dotOne Corp on undisclosed financial terms. Salt Lake City-based dotOne provides email messaging software and value-added services for corporate customers. Its 1,300 clients include American Airlines, Kraft, Sprint and the US Department of Justice. San Francisco- based Critical Path says the acquired technology and customer base essentially solidify its position as the leader in the email outsourcing market.
