Thomson SA’s debt ratings and those of its Thomson-CSF SA have gone under review, direction uncertain at Moody’s Investors Service Inc, with the outcome of the review decided by whether Alcatel Alsthom SA and Lagardere SA gets the OK to acquire the firm.
