CREDIT RATINGS

Bell Atlantic Corp has had the A-plus rating on the senior unsecured debt of its Bell Atlantic Financial Services Inc reaffirmed by Duff & Phelps Credit Rating Co, which removed the rating from rating watch – down. The commercial paper rating of the unit has also been reaffirmed at Duff One-plus.
