Comsat Corp, Washington has not done its credit-worthyness any harm with its plan to spend $150m in shares on on Radiation Systems Inc: Standard & Poor’s Corp affirmed its Corp’s single-A senior unsecured debt rating on the $150m or so debt outstanding, and says the outlook remains stable.
