Mobile Telecommunication Technologies Inc, Jackson, Mississippi has warned that it is in technical default under its bank loan agreement after violating two covenants. Standard & Poor’s Corp has therefore placed its double-B’-minus senior unsecured debt and single-B’ preferred stock ratings on CreditWatch with negative implications. Rated debt and preferred affected totals about $452m.
