Creative Technology Ltd is extending its multimedia design and manufacturing reach with a deal in South Korea to form a new company with its local partner JC Hyun Systems Ltd. Creative will invest $345,000 and take a 49% stake in the new Creative Korea Ltd; JC Hyun will hold the balance.
