Singapore-based Soundblaster board specialist Creative Technology Ltd has signed a letter of intent for acquisition of ShareVision Technology Inc for about $11m cash. Privately-held ShareVision, San Jose, California, developed and has just launched a videoconferencing product that enables Macintosh users to communicate using video, speech, graphics and data anywhere in the world over a single standard phone line.
