Cray Computer Corp now has board approval to acquire machinery, equipment and process technology for Gallium Arsenide from Gigabit Logic Inc, paying 1.625m of new Cray Computer shares plus the return of 200,000 shares in Gigabit inherited from Cray Research Inc.
