Cray Research Inc has signed a licensing agreement with an electronic connectors company based in Menlo Park, California called Beta Phase Inc: the deal enables Cray to develop and manufacture connectors for its supercomputers based on Beta’s patented technology; Cray took a $250,000 equity stake in Beta Phase to seal the agreement.
