Craig McCaw has turned down the offer of a seat on the AT&T Corp board in the wake of AT&T’s acquisition of McCaw Cellular Communications Inc, saying that any future work he did in the telecommunications industry would be seen as being technically in conflict with my duties as a director of AT&T.
