Cragin & Pike Insurance Selects ProspX’s Platform

Cragin & Pike Insurance has selected the ProspX platform to simplify communication and collaboration on sales opportunities, drive best practices, accelerate the sales cycle, and increase revenue.

By CBR Staff Writer

The platform has been developed as a software-as-a-service offering that combines enterprise search and social networking technology. It connects commercial insurance agents, brokers, marketers, and carriers at the initial point of opportunity, as well as throughout the sales cycle, ProspX said.

Tom Burns, vice president of Cragin & Pike Insurance, said: “ProspX understands the complexities of today’s commercial insurance market and has developed a powerful, integrated platform for sales and marketing teams.

“With ProspX, we now not only have the ability to effectively manage the sales process, but also to promote communication and collaboration early in the sales process, shortening the sales cycle and facilitating higher hit rates for our business.”
