A court has finally approved a deal under which the creditors of Gandalf Technologies Inc, the Ottawa networking company, will receive between 15 and 25 cents on the dollar. Gandalf’s technology and products have already been sold to Mitel Corp and the service and maintenance business to DecisionOne Corp.
