CORVUS HOPES TO COMPLETE REORGANISATION PLAN

Corvus Systems Inc, San Jose, trading under Chapter XI bankruptcy protection from its creditors, has filed for a 90-day extension to give it more time to complete its reorganisation plan: the company had hoped to submit its plan to the bankruptcy court on October 27; Chapter XI of the US bankruptcy code provides a company that has run into financial difficulties with protection from its creditors, giving it a breathing space to try to find a solution to its problems.
