Correction: The Computer People Group Plc were not as successful in the US as reported in CI No 1,153 – the professional services side of Sterling Software Inc turned in pre-tax profits of $750,000 on a turnover of UKP5.0m for the four and a half months for which it contributed to the Group’s results, while Computer People’s US cross-border division achieved a turnover of UKP7.4m, on which profits fell 32%.
