Corporate Technologies expects to integrate InfoTech’s operations with its four existing IT businesses in the Midwest and California.
This acquisition will only enhance InfoTech’s position in New Jersey as a leader in technology services. In addition, Corporate Technologies remains committed to being one of the largest providers of managed services in the country. The New Jersey area marks the fifth market for Corporate Technologies and we anticipate adding a sixth in the next 30 days, said Jim Griffith, chief executive at Corporate Technologies.
In its strategy of expanding its geographic presence, Corporate Technologies acquired Michigan based IT solutions company Computer Products and Resources in April 2007, to expand its technology services in the Fargo market.
