ComputerLand Corp, Pleasanton, California says it will undertake a major corporate reorganisation to focus on two core business areas, service and sales, and franchising and distribution, creating the Franchising & Distribution Division, and the Corporate Division, to focus on company-owned sales and service; a third, Headquarters, division will cover marketing, payroll and personnel, and accounting.
