Corning Glass Works, Corning, New York, has completed the sale of its worldwide electronics division to AVX Corp and Vishay Intertechnology Inc for about $103m cash, $66m from AVX for the capacitors, $37m from Vishay for the resistors, although each has annual sales of some $75m.
