Corel Corp has agreed to transfer all of its assets related to its CorelVideo videoconferencing product line to simply.com Inc. Terms were not disclosed. Corel says the sale is part of the plan it put in place last year to concentrate on its core technologies, WordPerfect and CorelDraw. In December last year, Corel sold off its multi-user Windows NT product, jBridge, to GraphOn Corp and in January sold the NetWinder hardware unit off to Hardware Canada Computing, now known as Rebel.com. Privately-held simply.com has offices in Mississauga, Ontario and Tempe, Arizona.
