Convex Computer Corp, Richardson, Texas, has installed a parallel processing minisupercomputer at Texas Instruments’ Central Research Development and Engineering Group: the top-of-the-line C220 is the dual parallel processor memberof the Convex family, and Texas has committed to adding two additional processors later this year, making the machine a four-CPU C240 system.
