Under the deal, BT will expand its use of Convergys’ Infinys billing and customer care system to all of BT’s consumer, business and wholesale customers. The system will bill and rate all of BT’s products and services.
In 2005, Convergys deployed Infinys for BT and consolidated 55 of its worldwide billing system into eight systems.
