CONVERGENT TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES PC EXCHANGE/VINES

Convergent Technologies, based in Bracknell, Berkshire here, has announced PC Exchange/Vines which enables PC-DOS micros to interconnect with its Unix-based machines: the software is installed at both ends of the link with the PC-DOS software providing redirection facilities and communications with the server and the program at the Unix end doing resource sharing and transparent networking.
