Arden Hills, Minnesota-based Control Data Systems Inc reports that it has won a Phase One systems integration contract valued at $7.1m with the Khanty Mansiysk automonous district in Russia – which is about the same size as Texas and produces 4m to 5m barrels of oil a day: Control Data says it will manage a consortium of legal, regulatory, engineering and information management specialists assembled to implement energy resource administration and information systems.
