Arden Hills, Minnesota-based Control Data Systems Inc has signed an international technology and marketing alliance agreement with Astea International Inc, Chalfont, Pennsylvania: both companies will work to identify potential worldwide customers for each other’s capabilities – Astea supplies customer sales, support and service software to the services management market.
