Arden Hills, Minnesota-based Control Data Systems Inc says it expects continuing weak economic and market conditions in Europe to impact its results for the fourth quarter and into 1994: the systems integrator said weak revenues hurt European results and it is reducing expenses in the region; the North American systems integration business continued strong, it said.
