Arden Hills, Minnesota-based Control Data Systems Inc has now completed its acquisition of privately-held Canadian systems integrator Antares Electronics Inc for an undisclosed sum in cash: the deal was sealed in an agreement negotiated with the Hongkong Bank of Canada Ltd as part of a financial restructuring of Antares.
