Changes at the top of Continuum Group Inc’s former wholly owned subsidiary Enteractive Inc appear to have sparked the Cranford, New Jersey based company’s decision to sell its 19.5% minority interest in Enteractive back to Enteractive for $1m: Enteractive’s director, David Braun has resigned and president Simon Brack has been dismissed; Enteractive had been a wholly-owned subsidiary of Continuum until its merger with an interactive software developer, after which Continuum became a minority shareholder.
