CONSORTIUM OF REGIONAL PHONE COMPANIES TO BUILD CELLULAR TELEPHONE SYSTEMS FOR FINLAND

Siemens Oy and Philips Oy and the Radiolinija Oy consortium of regional phone companies have the contract to build a digital cellular telephone system for Finland: the first phase, due for completion in 1991, will require $45m investment.
