Consist Software Solutions and IBM have entered in to a technology agreement with multi-year potential revenue in excess of $200m that enables Consist to standardise its applications on IBM software.
Consist will provide its clients in the financial services, telecommunications, energy and utilities, government and healthcare industries with new software applications that embed IBM’s software portfolio to support new IT infrastructure projects.
Consist has announced two new software applications built on IBM DB2 database software to help customers develop, deploy and manage applications across the enterprise. ConsistADS is a development platform that enables Natural language developers to deploy new and existing applications within their existing IT infrastructure.
ConsistBIS is a business application suite that provides clients with a personalised portal that integrates data to help decision makers conduct management strategy, business intelligence, business process management, human resources management and other business functions.
According to IBM, the Consist portfolio includes ConsistGEM – Global Enterprise Management; ConsistGRP – Government Resource Planning; ConsistHR – Human Resource Management; ConsistGPA – Business Process Management; ConsistBI – Strategic Management Suite; ConsistIMS – Insurance Management System; ConsistHMS – Healthcare Management System; and ConsistEPM – Enterprise Project Management.
