Consilium Inc, Mountain View, California is to take a 20% stake in Cupertino-based DocuGraphix Inc as part of an agreement under which the supplier of factory floor management software and services company gives DocuGraphix a long-term OEM and product development contract: this involves Consilium taking worldwide rights to sell DocuGraphix’s software in conjunction with its WorkStream product line, and funding development efforts by DocuGraphix to enhance its Manufacturing Operations Documentation System software, to support DEC’s VT330, VT340 and VT240 graphics terminals; Consilium gets warrants that if exercised over the next 30 months would give it a 20% holding.
