Commenting on its figures (page seven), Conner Peripherals Inc warns that pricing pressures and product mix changes, coupled with the summer slowdown, are likely to hit its third quarter results when compared with the second quarter; Conner reckons that the personal computer industry appears to be in a transition to 420Mb disk drives.
