Bad news always comes in threes, they say, and Conner Peripherals Inc saw its shares slump $1.125 to $12.75 yesterday in reaction to two other bits of bad news for the company – that Iomega Corp had filed a patent infringement suit relating to a back-up tape drive Conner recently introduced, and vice-chairman William Schroeder left the company to join Diamond Computer Systems Inc of Sunnyvale.
